Nicole Jackson is an enthusiastic, energetic corporate trainer, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, brand ambassador and CEO of Transformers Training, LLC. She delivers powerful and highly motivational keynote messages and provides one-on-one coaching and workshops on the subjects of leadership, team building, customer service and youth initiatives. Clients include Cactus Flower, Rare Gems Transitions Inc., Picture Me Perfect 3D/4D imaging, and more. For more than twenty years, she has worked as a leader in the Quick Services Restaurant industry, providing staff and leadership training.
Nicole is the recipient of numerous awards, including The Faces of Diversity Award from the National Restaurant Association, The Americans with Disabilities Award, for coaching those with special needs and The Make A Difference Award. She was awarded the key to the city of Milton, Florida, for servant leadership. A certified Jon Gordon Companies Speaker and Trainer, Nicole has earned her Masters Degree in Theology from International Miracle Institute and is currently studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Regent University. Nicole attended West Florida Baptist Institute of Pensacola, FL, where she has certifications in Bible Analysis and Defense of the Faith. Nicole received her doctoral degree in Christian Theology. She has several certifications in Training and Development. Nicole has been leading and developing teams throughout the Florida Panhandle for over two decades. An ordained minister, Nicole is a favored speaker at conferences and revivals throughout Florida and the Southeast. She enjoys singing and writing her own songs.
She is a wife to Antonio Jackson, mother to Alex, Cierrah and Ashelynn and grandmother of three. Nicole enjoys Bible study, fishing, baking and a good cup of coffee. Her family makes their home in Milton, FL.
